Llegado el Record Store Days saca dos exclusivas cajas de sus discos "Kill ‘Em All" y "Ride The Lightning" el 16 de abril. Caja caja contiene destacado material de la colección de la banda.
La numerada caja Deluxe „Ride the lightning“ contiene 4 vinilos (álbum remasterizado, el directo „Live at the Hollywood Palladium“ (2LP), „Creeping death“-(picture disc), 6 CDs (álbum remasterizado, entrevista, demos & mixes, 4 directos), 1 DVD (directo „Live at the Metal Hammer Festival”, directo „Live at MTV’s Day On The Green”, Danish TV Special), un libro (72 páginas con imágenes inéditas) y un mini libro con letras a mano de James Hetfield.
