Los CD reúnen la nueva mezcla en estéreo remasterizada del álbum de 1966, la mezcla pre‑master inédita de "Freak Out!", la mezcla original en mono —largamente descatalogada—, una grabación en directo de The Mothers en el Fillmore de San Francisco (1966), demos y abundante material adicional.
El Blu‑ray Audio presenta audio en alta resolución a 196k / 24b y 96k / 24b de las tres mezclas de archivo incluidas en la caja Super Deluxe, audio extra con visualizaciones personalizadas y fotografías raras y previamente inéditas, mezclas inmersivas en ATMOS + 5.1 realizadas en Studio1LA, además de un libreto ampliado con fotos poco conocidas, nuevos ensayos, una sección especial con más "Relevant Quotes" y un mapa original desplegable, a doble cara, "Freak Out! Hot Spots" creado por Frank Zappa.
