CD1: Let It Be as a new stereo mix of the original Album: 12 tracks
CD2: Selection of previously unreleased outtakes, studio jams, and rehearsal recordings: 13 tracks + Glyn Johns' unreleased 1970 mix of 'Across The Universe'
Following the worldwide success of 'Abbey Road,' the Beatles' legendary final studio Album, 'Let It Be,' is now receiving a multi-format reissue. In January 1969, the Beatles were planning to perform live again and moved into their new studio in the Apple office building, where they gave their last live performance as a group on January 30th, the famous rooftop concert. To mark the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' twelfth and final studio Album, LET IT BE has been completely reworked and remixed by Giles Martin (son of George Martin). It will be released in stereo, surround sound, and Dolby Atmos. It will be expanded with plenty of previously unreleased outtakes and studio jams from the original recording sessions, as well as the previously unreleased Album mix by Glyn Johns from 1969. The reissue will be available in six physical formats. To coincide with the release, an exclusive Disney+ documentary series, 'The Beatles: Get Back,' directed by Peter Jackson, will be released at the end of November.
