The successful Many Faces series is back - this version focuses on the formation THE CURE and is released in a Limited Edition on colored double Vinyl (transparent red).
Undoubtedly, The Cure is one of the most representative bands of the 80s, with an iconic image that is part of the stellar podium with Madonna, Michael Jackson, Duran Duran, and Boy George.
Emerging from the atmosphere of post-punk and dark rock, The Cure, and especially their leader Robert Smith, had the skill to record fantastic pop songs that became absolute classics without sacrificing their credibility. 'The Many Faces of The Cure' presents the alternative and lesser-known musical paths of the group: Robert Smith's collaborations with other artists, the almost hidden post-Cure bands of drummer/keyboardist Laurence Tolhurst and bassist Simon Gallup, and of course, songs performed by a range of artists whose legacy has been magically continued. With expanded liner notes, luxurious artwork, and remastered sound, 'The Many Faces of The Cure' is an album that every fan would want to have in their collection.
